Service Description

a) Ensure Main Breaker status ‘ON’. b) Check ELCB or ELR status. c) Visually inspect panel AHU condition. d) Record room temperature. e) Visually check all AHU area free from any abnormal condition. f) Check for AHU casing for any sign of corrosion. g) Check compressor is in good condition. h) Visually inspect AHU for any sign abnormalities. i) Perform housekeeping a necessary. j) Clean the evaporator coil k) Check and clean the air filter. l) Clean the exterior and interior of AHU. m) Clean the AHU room. n) Measure the current of fan motor. o) Check the tensioning of drive belt motor and fan.
